Definition

An energetic hygiene practice in which the practitioner consciously severs parasitic or outdated energetic attachments — invisible cords of emotional dependency, trauma bonding, or Archontic feeding channels — that drain life force and maintain low-frequency resonance.

Deep Understanding

Every significant emotional interaction creates an energetic cord — a channel through which energy flows between two people, between a person and a place, or between a person and a pattern. Healthy cords are mutual and nourishing. Parasitic cords are one-directional, draining the practitioner's life force to feed another entity's emotional needs.

In the Gnostic framework, Archontic influence often operates through these cords. A manipulative relationship, an addictive habit, a recurring trauma pattern — each maintains an energetic cord that siphons high-frequency energy and converts it to the low-frequency fuel the Archons feed upon. Cord cutting is the alchemical act of severing these channels.

This is not about ending relationships or becoming emotionally cold. Cord cutting targets only the parasitic connections — the ones that create emotional dependency rather than genuine intimacy, the ones that drain rather than nourish. Healthy connections remain intact because they do not operate through cords of dependency.

In Practice

In a quiet space, visualize the cords extending from your energy body to people, places, or patterns that drain you. See them clearly — their color, thickness, where they attach. Then, with a deliberate act of will, sever each cord with golden light. As each cord falls away, transmute its residual energy upward. Seal the attachment point with golden light from your Golden Sphere. Perform cord cutting weekly, or whenever you feel unexplained fatigue after interacting with specific people or environments.
