Terms of Sale
The contract between you and Pleroma when you buy something
Last updated: April 11, 2026
These terms govern every purchase made on pleroma.stefansalkimia.com. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who you are buying from
Pleroma is operated by Stefan Salkimia, a natural person based in Bulgaria, acting as a trader under EU consumer law. You can reach the operator at pleroma@stefansalkimia.com. There is no registered company behind Pleroma — it is a solo operator's personal project that sells digital teachings directly.
2. What we sell
- •The Pleroma Grimoire — a downloadable PDF. One-time purchase, $9.99, VAT included for EU buyers.
- •Protocol PDFs — individual downloadable PDFs, $3.99 each, VAT included.
- •Protocol Collection — all current and future Protocol PDFs, bundle price $19.99, VAT included.
- •Inner Circle — monthly recurring subscription, $7.00 per month, VAT included. See the separate Subscription Terms.
All of the above are digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium within the meaning of Art. 2(11) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
3. Price, currency, tax
Prices are shown in US dollars. For EU consumers, the displayed price is inclusive of VAT at the rate of your member state. VAT is calculated and collected by Stripe on our behalf under Art. 58 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC and the OSS scheme.
4. How a contract is formed
- •You click the pay button on the product page.
- •A pre-checkout confirmation asks you to tick two boxes: the withdrawal-right waiver, and the order-with-obligation-to-pay acknowledgment.
- •You are redirected to Stripe Checkout, which shows the final price, your VAT if applicable, and asks for your billing details.
- •You pay. Stripe sends a receipt. Pleroma separately sends a confirmation email with your download link.
- •Until payment is completed and the Stripe webhook fires, no contract exists between you and Pleroma.
5. Delivery
Digital downloads arrive within minutes of payment, at the email address you gave at checkout, as a signed link. If the email doesn't arrive within an hour, check spam, then write to pleroma@stefansalkimia.com.
6. Payment
All payments are handled by Stripe. Pleroma never sees or stores your card details. Strong Customer Authentication under PSD2 is handled automatically by Stripe.
7. Right of withdrawal for digital content
Under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, once you have expressly consented to the download starting immediately AND acknowledged that you are losing the 14-day withdrawal right, you can no longer withdraw from the contract once performance has begun. Both consents are captured through the pre-checkout confirmation. Until you tick that box, you retain the full 14-day withdrawal right. See the Refund Policy for how this works in practice.
8. Statutory warranty
Pleroma guarantees the digital content matches the description at the point of sale. If a file is corrupt, missing, or not what was described, write to us and we will replace or refund it under Arts. 11–14 of Directive (EU) 2019/770.
9. What Pleroma is not
Pleroma's content is educational and contemplative. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or financial advice. See the Content Disclaimer for the full framing. No specific result is promised from reading the Grimoire, running a Protocol, or joining the Inner Circle.
10. Acceptable use
Digital downloads are licensed to you personally. You may read them, print them for your own use, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not resell, redistribute, or upload them to file-sharing services.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pleroma's aggregate liability for any claim relating to a single purchase is limited to the price actually paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Bulgarian law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected under Art. 6(2) of Rome I Regulation 593/2008.
13. Dispute resolution
For EU consumers, the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Before going there, please email us first — nearly every issue resolves in one reply.
14. Changes
These terms can change. The version in force when you place an order is the one that governs that order.
